Should be required reading for every employee, particularly managers who are faced with this dilemma every day.
Frequently we use the phrase, &quot;I just need to vent&quot; to justify this destructive activity. But it  does nothing to resolve the conflict, or improve productivity. Gradually, it chips away at relationships and ends in unfounded assumptions and hard feelings. I rarely stop to consider how destructive it is. Thanks.</description>

		<description>Nice way to deal with some situations. Too many times employees will come to you with petty little complaints that are more whine than anything else and this is a good way to deal with them. However, you also need to be careful that it is not a situation that could be more serious and land you in court by some upset employee.</description>
