		<description>So, what are you trying to tell me, my butt looks fat?  Hmmm.  Seriously, Bill, a terrific piece.  Too often, we ask someone what he or she thought about something we did, and all we are looking for is praise.

That&#039;s why I love evaluations after I do a presentation. I will always grade myself on the talk, but it is only when I see the evaluations from the victims -- I mean participants -- that I know whether or not I hit the mark.

Though it may be painful to read negative reviews, they give me the feedback I need to improve, so I can be better the next time.
