		<description>Roger, that! When Sue and I tooled around in Clearwater this weekend, we must have seen a dozen &quot;For Sale&quot; and &quot;For Lease&quot; signs out in front of once-thriving stores along U.S. 19 and Gulf-to-Bay Blvd (SR 60). 

Damn shame, of course, but it happened so quickly after the recent mess on Wall Street that it must have been coming on for much longer.</description>
