When Sue and I tooled around in Clearwater this weekend, we must have seen a dozen "For Sale" and "For Lease" signs out in front of once-thriving stores along U.S. 19 and Gulf-to-Bay Blvd (SR 60). Damn shame, of course, but it happened so quickly after the recent mess on Wall Street that it must have been coming on for much longer. Roger, that!
