Whether at work or outside in my pesonal life, I've adopted a policy that says: I only talk politics with people who agree with me. That may sound strange, but I have found that unless it is a civil conversation, where both parties are looking to learn a thing or two, all we do is upset each other. JRI Good point. If and when I know a client and I are on the same page, I will share my views. Those with whom I differ politically are usually not worth the effort--nor the business risk--to set straight.
