BE RUTHLESSLY OBJECTIVE
By John Ingrisano on Jan 4, 2008 in Quote of the Day
Businesses do not mean to lose money, run themselves in a grossly inefficient manner or go out of business. The problem is too often that the powers that be ignore real issues. Most of all, they are either incapable of or unwilling to see the problems at hand.
Run your organization with a cold, honest eye. No need to be brutal, but very much a need to see the world without the benefit of rose-colored glasses.
Work hard. Make money. Have fun. — JRI
"Most ailing organizations have developed
a functional blindness to their own defects.
They are not suffering because they cannot
resolve their problems, but because they
cannot see their problems."
