Biz Basics — Customer Care Counts

Business is simple.  Take care of your customers and not only will they come back, but they will bring their friends.

When you quibble over a refund, make the customer work hard to reach you (I despise playing push-button bingo when I call a big company), or just fail to return a smile from a customer who doesn’t know (or care) that you’ve had a tough day, then you are begging those folks to take their business somewhere.

Bottom line:  Take care of your customers, and they will take care of you.  So work hard.  Make  money.  And  have fun.
