Personally, I love to blame the customers and the employees when things go wrong. Unfortunately, when everything heads south, I need to look no further than the face in the mirror.
We can’t pass the buck. (And even if we could, how would that solve a problem?) Like it or not, as SBOs, we have to take responsibility for the disasters. On the positive side…we get to take credit for the successes.
