I have a &quot;virtual&quot; business rather than a bricks-n-mortar one, but the same principles apply. I usually try to answer my customer&#039;s emails as quickly as possible, and they&#039;re usually amazed by it - simply because, for the most part, they are used to slow replies from so many other people.

So your principle can be applied to those of us who do business on the Web too.
